RETURN POLICY
Posh Monroe offers returns for store credit only. Once an order has been placed there are no cancellations or refunds. Please  contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit you will receive a coupon code, which will be your first name as the code to use toward a future purchase, pending the items returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date. All Sale Items are considered final sale. Please consider this before your purchase! A store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges, discounted items, Sale Promotion Items. Swim wear, White Clothing, Shoes and Accessories are FINAL SALE. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1 to 3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date. Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
